The download button picks for you. To check yourself, open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac. "Chip: Apple M…" means Apple Silicon. "Processor: Intel" means Intel. The Intel version also runs on Apple Silicon, just more slowly.
On a Mac, open the disk image and drag SlideSnap Studio into Applications. On Windows, run the app. If SmartScreen appears, choose More info, then Run anyway.
JPG and TIFF, which every camera and tether app can save. Most people capture and export JPG. If you shoot RAW, export JPGs or TIFFs from your RAW processor first, then finish them in Studio.
Restore Color, for slides that have faded red or magenta, is coming in the next release. Licenses with a current year of updates get it at no extra cost.
Studio keeps working. Renew only if you want another year of updates and support.
Yes. On the old computer choose Help, then Manage License, then Deactivate, and activate on the new one. If you no longer have the old computer, contact us.
